TERESA MAZZA ~ MONTREAL

Teresa Mazza is an Italian, born in Egypt, raised and schooled in Italy, France, and the United States. Her first degree in modern languages enabled her to work as an interpreter/translator. After a few years of administrative work in a few companies, convention manager in a big hotel, and running her own business she settled at home raising her two children.

Teresa Mazza's interest in philosophy, psychology and alternative medicine finally brought her to graduate from the NHC Institute in 1999 as a Natural Health Consultant. Since 2001 Teresa Mazza has been teaching at the NHC Institute. Teresa teaches courses in Reflexology and Mind-Body Acupressure and has a practice in which she guides her clients to better health.

Teresa Mazza's passion for holistic health moves her to continue her education.  Her commitment to self and others enables her to effectively guide her clients in their search for disease prevention and wellness of the body, mind and spirit through the body’s natural healing abilities.

As a member of RAC (Reflexology Association of Canada), AMPQ (Association of Professional Massotherapists of Quebec), and of the Focusing Institute, Ms. Mazza applies her techniques to relieve stress and pain complimenting and sustaining a healthy lifestyle.
